Broomstick Lace Crochet Afghan(ART)
Broomstick lace is a unique crochet stitch. The design is made by using a crochet hook to pull tall loops of thread onto a dowel (historically, a broomstick was used, which is where the name comes from). There are many variations of broomstick lace crochet but once you know the basics you can easily master the variations. We will be using some simple crochet principles of chain stitch and single crochet to create an afghan pattern using this fun “Broomstick Lace” technique. This class is for those who know the basic chain stitch and single crochet stitch. A supply list will be emailed once class has reached the minimum required. (Please note in comments at checkout if you are left or right handed)
