Cardio, Tone, & Stretch (WELL)
A class guaranteed to keep you on your toes. Participants will benefit from various low impact cardiovascular exercises combined with strength training, toning, and stretching. Give your body the push it needs to help you maintain both good health and fitness. Participants will need to supply their own water bottle, light weights (1-5 pounds), and exercise mat. Please dress appropriately for a workout environment.
